WebUgh. I noticed this after switching back from my PotD HUD layout (removed the duty list/moved some things around for ease of access). My 7-10 hotbars were moved up a bunch, my DF list was in its default position and my mini map had gone back to default. WebClick the little padlock icon next to your main hotbar. IIRC this will lock everything and not just the hotbars. I don't think you can even move the UI stuff without going into the HUD layout...
