WebThe chorus operated until the 1960s when it became inactive. In 1979 a group of men interested in reviving the chorus applied for and received a new charter from the Barbershop Harmony Society. A couple of the original 35 men who signed the new charter are still involved today. The Y-City Chorus now has 38 members and is continuing to grow.
